Release Notes

We are excited to introduce DOConvert V2.1-4-Omer, a special version dedicated to the memory of Omer Zadikevitch. Omer was not only passionate about technology and automation but also a lover of the ocean and surfing. This release, named in his honor, is symbolized by four small waves and one large wave, representing Omer and his four children. The pulse running through the waves signifies that surfing and family were at the heart of Omer’s life, a value we now embed into this update.

OVERVIEW

This release focuses on improving usability and customer satisfaction. The changes and new features have been developed based on customer feedback and our commitment to delivering outstanding service.

NEW FEATURES

General: 

1. Manual Import Improve: Users can now manually import documents without selecting a template.
2. 404 Error Page: A redesigned 404 page for a better user experience.
3. Enhanced Search Mechanism: Search results are now more relevant to the current screen. Available on:
   1. Overview
   2. Error Queue
   3. Imported Documents
   4. Templates
   5. Users
   6. Addresses
4. Alert Improvements: Alerts now contain more information when documents are received or fail to process.
5. Error Email Enhancements: Emails for failed document imports now include the stage and the reason for the error.

System Settings screen:

1. Email Listener: Shows the details of the last sync 

2. Translation Table Sync: Option to sync the translation table (Thanks to Yaggel, Infinya Ltd.).

3. Folder Listener: New option to listen to changes in folders.

Import screen:

1. Re-Import Document: Allows users to re-import documents.

2. Remove Lines Option: Added option to remove specific lines from the import 

3. Final Output Data Tab: A new tab to display the final output data

Set template screen:

1. Advanced Template Settings:

* Option to separate documents by specific fields

* Ability to ignore specific lines inside a table (for multiple lines, words should be separated by commas)

2. Post-Process Rules: Added option to switch between fields.

3. Setup Tables Without End Table: New feature for tables without defined endpoints
4. Fit Columns to Template: Includes a free text option for columns

Address screen:

1. Template Origin: Shows the origin template  of the address
2. Created Date: Added the creation date for address
