As we approach the third anniversary of October 7, we at DOConvert have chosen to honor the memory of Omer Zadikevitch, a surfer and an information systems professional with an exceptional love for automation.
Omer lived in Kibbutz Kfar Aza for more than 25 years, where he raised his four children. He was head of the Information Systems Department at the Sha’ar HaNegev Regional Council, working in exactly the world we work in every day: information systems, automation, and technology that makes people’s work simpler.
Outside of work, his heart was in the sea. Omer was a surfer, a photographer, and he taught all four of his children to surf himself.
Along the way, we’ve built a close, personal relationship with his family, one that has become an inseparable part of who we are as a company.

The Pulse
Omer’s family honors his memory with a shared tattoo: a heartbeat line with four small waves and one large wave.
The four small waves are his four children. The large wave in the middle is Omer.
And the pulse running through them says what Omer believed: Some waves stay in the body.
We decided to bring this pulse to life, so it keeps beating. Here.

Next October will be better.
May his memory be a blessing.
